#MondayMindfulness : Ask yourself the question “What am I noticing right now?” Maybe it’s the size and shape of the snowflakes. The subtle movement of the clouds In the sky. The sound of the flakes falling or the birds calling. The colors of the trees, the sky, the fence. Or maybe you’re noticing your thoughts. Or a sensation in your body. Or something happening in your environment. Keep asking yourself “What am I noticing right now?” The answer will keep changing. Stay present with your experience and the ever-shifting present moment, and you’ll learn to live more mindfully. Thanks for joining us and see you next time!

When we pay attention to how our pets look and feel and sound and even smell, we are engaging with the present moment. Try practicing mindfulness with your own pets! Spend a few minutes focusing your attention on them. You might even practice noticing the thoughts or emotions that arise as you are engaging with your pets. Tell us what you notice!
