With the health and wellness of our students and teachers in mind, we are now offering virtual yoga & meditation classes via Zoom. (Don’t have Zoom? Get it here.) You will still sign up for classes on Mind & Body or via the links below, and then simply join the class in our online Zoom meeting room, accessible here: https://zoom.us/j/6824114396.
To accommodate these changes, some class times have shifted. Please double check the times so you don’t miss your favorite class!

Many of our yoga, meditation, and bodywork providers have been greatly impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak. For many of them, opportunities for work have been limited or have gone away entirely, which hurts their ability to make an income.
