With the health and wellness of our students and teachers in mind, we are now offering virtual yoga & meditation classes via Zoom. (Don’t have Zoom? Get it here.) You will still sign up for classes on Mind & Body or via the links below, and then simply join the class in our online Zoom meeting room, accessible here: https://zoom.us/j/6824114396.
To accommodate these changes, some class times have shifted. Please double check the times so you don’t miss your favorite class!
