Learning to laugh is the first step in allowing your laughter to heal. Being able to laugh at some of life’s situations will allow you to better deal and cope with the challenges you may be served.

Go ahead. Take a moment, watch a funny movie, read a silly book. Give yourself permission to let go, and laugh and the healing will begin soon after.
