Learning to give yourself, your plan, and your lists up into the hands of the universe is a hard task to do. When something we have does not go according to our plan or our list it is easy to be carried away by emotion, due to our expectations. If we learn to lift our expectations and give our control to the universe we can then safely trust in it’s timing.

Know that, all though today or yesterday were hard or challenging, that tomorrow is a new day. The timing of each day we are given is the best miracle of all. Learning to relinquish control and fear and let love and trust take over.
