As we begin our transfer into the next season, and the hottest one, it is important to find your pace. We often spend a lot of time going over how we should move through the day and how others will move through their day. And typically this can create some anxiety or pressure to keep up with modern day society.
Let this affirmation comfort you in knowing that the pace you choose to move is the perfect pace that you need in that moment. Allow yourself to relax in the peace of moving how you need to move, whatever pace it may be, that day. This allows in an invitation for mindfulness. So, when you find yourself in the thoughts of not moving quick enough (emotionally or physically) or moving to slow, say to yourself “I am moving at the perfect pace, that I need, right now, in this moment”.
