Jamie is a licensed mental health therapist with over 9 years of experience in various outpatient settings. She is also a registered yoga instructor with special interests in central nervous system regulation and somatic healing practices. Though a therapist by profession, she is also known as an encourager of deep self-love and acceptance, a champion for healing and vulnerability, and a supportive presence while navigating through life challenges. She believes the power lies within for healing, and for creating the life of your dreams. She believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship and honors the space and trust that is required for healing, feeling and for real growth to occur.
Jamie blends traditional therapeutic models with holistic, mindfulness based and collaborative approaches to heal and empower the whole person. Some issues and topics she supports individuals through include trauma, abandonment & core belief wounds, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, self-concept, grieving/loss, spirituality, and manifestation.
Healing past wounds and coming into the power of the present moment can be both exhilarating and tiring, and Jamie believes nobody should need to walk it alone.
