Healing From Within: Mindful Movement & Self-Compassion

A 6-Week Restorative Journey

Healing From Within is a six-week experiential course designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-compassion. Through gentle mindful movement, guided reflection, and practical self-compassion tools, participants will learn to move from self-criticism and overwhelm toward greater balance, resilience, and inner steadiness.

Each week integrates:

  • Mindful movement practices to increase body awareness and release stored tension

  • Breathwork and nervous system regulation techniques

  • Self-compassion exercises grounded in evidence-based practices

  • Guided reflection and journaling prompts

  • Simple tools to incorporate into daily life

This course is ideal for individuals experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, trauma recovery, or simply a desire to feel more connected and grounded. No prior experience with movement or mindfulness is necessary — all practices are accessible and adaptable.

By the end of six weeks, participants will have a personalized toolkit for self-regulation, a more compassionate inner dialogue, and a deeper understanding of how to support healing from the inside out.

The course will have a maximum of 10 participants. 

Mondays: April 6th- May 18th,  6:30-8 pm in the OIC Yoga Room

Investment: $150 early bird registration until March 6th, then $200 for registration.
