Amanda Cramer, MSW, MPH, LICSW, RYT-200 (she/her) is a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist and lifelong learner who believes deeply in the power of peace, nervous-system healing, and human connection to transform lives. Amanda supports clients navigating burnout, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and major life transitions, offering grounded, non-judgmental care and a deeply human therapeutic relationship.
Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based therapy, ADHD-informed care, and nervous-system-informed approaches, Amanda creates a safe, inclusive, restorative space where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build sustainable change. She is especially passionate about working with women, moms, neurodivergent clients, and individuals who feel like they’re constantly “holding everything together” while quietly burning out.
Amanda provides neurodiversity-affirming, ADHD-supportive therapy for adults experiencing overwhelm, executive functioning struggles, emotional regulation challenges, shame cycles, masking fatigue, and burnout. She also offers gentle, practical strategies for self-compassion, structure, and nervous-system regulation helping clients move from self-criticism to self-support.
With a deep respect for the mind–body connection, Amanda integrates her background in mindfulness and yoga into therapy when helpful. She completed her Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) certification through Blue Cypress Yoga, where she further strengthened her awareness of embodied healing, breathwork, grounding practices, and compassionate presence as tools for healing. This holistic perspective helps clients reconnect to their bodies, regulate stress, and feel safer within themselves.
Amanda is deeply committed to LGBTQIA+ affirming care, culturally responsive practice, and supporting diverse communities. She also has a strong passion for supporting pregnant, postpartum, and transitioning mothers, helping women navigate identity shifts, grief, overwhelm, and rediscovering their inner resilience and worth.
Rooted in the belief that mental and physical health are deeply intertwined, Amanda brings a strong educational and clinical foundation to her work.
