During the last year of your training, you will engage in a daily Sadhana practice of your choosing, that will span 30-40 days. You may decide to start and/or end your Sadhana on an auspicious day for you. Your personal Sadhana may include various elements from the 8 Limbs such as: Meditation, Pranayama, Asana, Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda, and/or journaling. You will choose a sankalpa for your Sadhana, and turn in a brief reflection of your experience with your other requirements.
For your final certification requirement, you will write a 3-5 page essay on a topic of your choosing, and how it relates to your growth as a student and/or teacher of Yoga.
