LuRae brings many years of healthcare leadership across diverse clinical and operational
settings. She prides herself on leading with mindfulness, empathy, and
professionalism—ensuring that every team member feels valued while consistently
modeling the standards she expects from others.

As an adjunct professor at Bellevue University, She finds tremendous joy in teaching and
learning alongside her students. Education allows her to share her experience while
continuing to grow through the perspectives of emerging healthcare professionals.

Outside of work, she prioritizes time with her family, enjoys reading, and loves traveling to
warm destinations. She is also a strong advocate for patient empowerment. She believes
deeply in the importance of individuals having a voice in their own healthcare, and she
encourages people to speak up, ask questions, and take an active role in decisions
about their bodies and wellbeing
