She has been working with all ages, backgrounds, and issues — specializing in suicide prevention.

Michelle’s goals are to become proficient in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) therapy and to eventually become a Qualified MBSR teacher. She is currently in an 8-week training session to improve her skills in meditation, mindful yoga, and everyday activities. She wants to help people reach their fullest potential in a way that empowers them, builds their self esteem, and grows their confidence in order to help them conquer anything life throws at them.
