Larissa Sanon (she/her) is OIC’s new Director of Community Partnerships. She is an achievement-focused professional with over eight years of progressive experience that includes leading,
developing and implementing programming for non-profit and for-profit organizations. With a
background in applied psychology, human services and business leadership, Larissa comes to
us with a wealth of knowledge on organizational structure, community building as well as diversity, equity and inclusion.
She’s been fortunate to hold a few roles within the community that has helped shaped her
leadership style. She is the principal consultant for Sanon Enterprises LLC, a business
infrastructure and DEI consulting firm. She previously spent many years at Creighton University
in the Health Sciences – Multicultural and Community Affairs Department as a program
coordinator and then moved to Werner Enterprise where she held the title of Diversity Partner.
Larissa has served in different capacities within Omaha’s community of young professionals, whether through Urban league YPs or New Leader’s Council.
Larissa leads a life of passion and fortitude. She enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, and
spending time with friends and family.
