Kaitlin Naatjes graduated from the University of New Mexico with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in theology. She continued her education at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, where she received her master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological services.
Kaitlin believes in utilizing a holistic and integrative approach when it comes to health. She advanced her practice by becoming a 200-hr RYT yoga instructor, reiki attuned and trained, and utilizes her knowledge of meditation and health eating and living where appropriate.
Kaitlin believes in the healing and treatment of mind, body, soul. She previously worked for OIC as mental health therapist for over a year gaining experience with adults, groups, children, couples, and families dealing with a wide range of struggles including but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, healthy habits, mood disorders, trauma, and post-partum depression.
She also worked at OIC as the intake coordinator and health counselor in corroboration with our NP. She recently moved back to Omaha after working in South Dakota as a yoga instructor, gaining more insight into this field and while receiving her SD license. Kaitlin has returned to Omaha and OIC knowing that this community of healthcare providers is one that can integrate all aspects of the human mind, body, and soul in order to achieve true change, growth, and healing.
