Annie graduated from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL with her bachelors degree in Psychology. She is currently a grad student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at University of Nebraska-Omaha. She is also a member of the American Counseling Association.
She has worked at the Community Clinic at the University of Nebraska-Omaha campus. There she worked with adolescents, adults and couples struggling with co-occurring disorders, depression, stress, anxiety, family conflict, substance abuse and trauma.
Annie’s experience allows her to work with individuals to identify treatment goals and needs in a collaborative process. She utilizes several different techniques such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Solution-focused, among others, which is tailored to each unique individual. She will see clients 19 years and older.
