An integrative approach to YTT
OIC’s 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program is unique to the Omaha area. Our curriculum honors the roots of Yoga, and includes the subjects of Philosophy, Ayurveda, Meditation, Pranayama, Asana, and more. Over the course of 11 weekends, we will dive deeply into the subject matter, explore various styles of yoga, and learn strategies for making the practice accessible and inclusive to all individuals.
Through our time together, we will learn that Yoga is more than a physical practice. Yoga is an integrative practice that includes body, mind and spirit.
The faculty of the OIC Yoga School includes some of Omaha’s most educated and experienced teachers. Carole Westerman is the Lead Trainer and will be doing the bulk of the training. Lindsay Decker, Stephanie Watson, and Emily Goodwin will also be part of the training faculty, all three bringing their own impressive education and experience to the table.
Our next 200-Hour YTT session begins Sept. 16!
