Yoga Flow & Sound Bath

When: Thursdays 2-3 p.m.
What: Enliven your being and refresh your energy with this class, which offers the space to bring intentional movement and flow into the body. This class focuses on movement and ends with a small relaxation and sound bath practice to seal the magic in the before sending you off for the rest of your day. Take a break from the desk and recenter yourself before picking up kiddos or heading home for the day.
Who is this class for? Students who are looking for a mid-afternoon battery recharge and a unique experience.
