Restore You

When: Thursdays 6-7 p.m.

What: This class uses slow and gentle movement to ease the mind and body into a state of open relaxation. Breathwork encourages the nervous system to release tension and regulate. Some classes may incorporate sound healing using brass and crystal singing bowls, drums, and other instruments.

Who is this class for? Anyone in need of some relaxation and nervous system regulation.
