Rachel views therapy as a collaborative process where the client is the expert on their own life. Rachel focuses on the individual goals that each client identifies in therapy. To that end, she can offer a unique perspective and strategies to help each person reach their goals. Rachel believes strongly in the intersection of both proven strategies of counseling and integrative practices that meet the individual’s needs. Most importantly, she believes the relationship between client and counselor is integral to success. Rachel feels honored when clients are willing to share the stories of their lives with her.
