Acupuncturist

Lirong (she, her, hers) received her Bachelor’s degree and Ph.D. in traditional Chinese Medicine. She has more than 4 years of experience working in a hospital setting treating patients with a variety of Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities. Lirong also has experience teaching medical students Traditional Chinese Medical Theory while working toward their degrees. Lirong works, also in the research medical science lab at UNMC studying, further, diseases and how Traditional Chinese Medicine can intervene.

Her many years of experience allows her to treat patients with a variety of diagnosis, such as; allergy-related asthma, nephritis, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, skin diseases, obesity, arthritis, depression, migraines and headaches, insomnia and many more pain problems.

Lirong is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Nebraska as well as certified in Oriental Medicine by NCCAOM (National Certification for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). Her integrative approach can work with you to create an overall comprehensive treatment plan.
