Jennifer Brigden


Jennifer graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan in 1994 with her BS (Bachelors in Science) in psychology. She then earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in 1996. Jen is a member of the American Counseling Association and a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.

She has extensive experience in working with women and couples in negotiating marital, partner and family relationships, treating mood disorders related to pregnancy and post-partum, managing stress and anxiety, and coping with infertility and grief/loss issues.

Jen’s over 20 years of experience allows her to empower people to cope with issues surrounding depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, and every day life transitions. Jen utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapies, and validation and supportive listening.
